Brussels Sprouts with Blue Cheese and Balsamic Glaze

I must share a secret.  I am absolutely obsessed with Brussels Sprouts.  Recently I discovered these Brussels Sprouts at Wal-Mart.

It is a bag of already shredded Brussels sprouts.  You can actually microwave these in the bag!

This is what I like to do.

I put my desired amount in a pan with some olive oil.  I cook them until they are tender with some of them looking burnt.  They are NOT burnt.  It is flavor!
Then I place them on a plate.  Then drizzle with some blue cheese dressing.  I also like using left over creamy Gorgonzola from on of my favorite pizza places.  Then drizzle with balsamic glaze.  It is incredible easy and SO delicious! ENJOY!
